Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Local Vitals ("Service"), operated by Ali Valero, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

Local Vitals provides the following services:

• Free AI Visibility Check: An automated check of your business visibility across AI search platforms and Google. Results are generated algorithmically and provided for informational purposes.
• Paid Diagnostic Report ($247): A comprehensive 3-layer, 21-checkpoint diagnostic covering AI visibility, machine readability, and conversion paths, including competitor benchmarks, prioritized recommendations, and action items.
• 90-Day Sprint ($997/month for 3 months): A hands-on optimization engagement where we implement Layer 1 (AI visibility and Google Business Profile) fixes directly, including content creation, review strategy, link building, and authority content. Billed monthly for three consecutive months.
• Ongoing ($497/month): A monthly maintenance service following a completed Sprint, including continued content, review management, competitive monitoring, and quarterly re-diagnostics. Billed monthly until cancelled.
• Coach ($29/month): An AI-powered advisory tool grounded in your diagnostic data. Provides score monitoring, personalized recommendations, and content assistance. Available after completing a Diagnostic or Sprint. Billed monthly until cancelled.

Delivery

Paid diagnostic reports are delivered within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake form and payment. Delivery is via email to the address you provide. Free visibility checks are delivered immediately upon completion.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.

Refund Policy

If we are unable to deliver your diagnostic report within the stated 48-hour timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund. Once the report has been delivered, refunds are not available, as the service has been fully rendered.

Subscription services (Sprint, Ongoing, Coach): You may cancel any subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Sprint cancellations before the 90-day engagement is complete forfeit remaining deliverables. Results Disclaimer

Our recommendations are based on publicly available data and professional analysis. We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements, traffic increases, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors including your market, competition, implementation, and factors outside our control. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Intellectual Property

The diagnostic report delivered to you is for your personal or business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the report methodology or framework. The Local Vitals name, logo, and website content are the property of Ali Valero.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Vitals and Ali Valero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
